Registration is now officially open for ERTH Connects 2026 as we return to the Westin Trillium House in beautiful Blue Mountain Village on September 24–25, 2026.

Following the continued success of past conferences, ERTH Connects will once again bring together utility professionals from across Ontario for two days of learning, collaboration, and networking.

This year’s conference will explore emerging trends shaping the utility industry, with a particular focus on artificial intelligence adoption, practical use cases, and implementation strategies. Attendees will gain valuable insights from industry experts, peers, and ERTH specialists on topics including cybersecurity, customer engagement, electricity demand-side management (eDSM), and process optimization and automation.

The 2026 agenda will feature a keynote presentation by Emily Baillie, an award-winning AI and digital marketing strategist, trainer, and professor who has been featured as an AI expert on CBC News Network. Additional sessions will highlight real-world experiences from local distribution companies, showcase updates to CIS and Quadra solutions, and provide actionable takeaways that participants can bring back to their organizations.

ERTH Connects 2026 will offer tailored content across two focused tracks:

  • CIS Track: Designed for billing, customer service, regulatory, collections, and communications professionals
  • Quadra Track: Designed for engineering, operations, and IT professionals working with Quadra

Early bird registration is now open.

An optional ERTH Academy pre-conference training session will also be offered on September 23, providing additional learning opportunities for attendees.
