Woodstock residents used to be charged for their water/wastewater usage by Woodstock Hydro on behalf of Oxford County. After completing a detailed RFP process for a new provider, Oxford County selected ERTH as the successful bidder. When it comes to forward thinking, economics and common sense are often pretty well connected, and in Canada we’re pretty good at it.
