CRU Solutions, a division of ERTH (Holdings) Inc., is a registered Meter Service Provider (MSP) with the Independent Electricity Systems Operator (IESO) for the Ontario Wholesale Electricity Market (MSP#1001). As Ontario’s first MSP, we’re proud to offer customized servicing for your meters, taking care to meet your specific needs. Some key facts about our Meter Service Provider solution include the following:

  • Offer IESO application and registration as a service
  • Register, design, install and maintain IESO wholesale electricity market metering equipment
  • Monthly MSP maintenance contracts
  • Under contract for over 130 registered wholesale meter installations
  • Responsible for responding to Meter Trouble Calls (MTR’s) on customers’ behalf
  • Installations including Hydro One Retail Electricity Market metering

Our metering experts provide customers with peace of mind by offering on- site maintenance, repair and re-calibrations while ensuring the job is done right.

CRU also has a Measurement Canada accredited meter shop (ECALIBER) to facilitate and expedite your meter sealing needs for installation and re-verification.
